Dear PPD Customers,

Hope everyone is doing well during this cold and snowy season!

I am sending out this letter to inform you, our loyal customers and friends, that Ken and I have made a very difficult decision to close our retail store in Bethel Park.

We have come to this decision for many reasons. I have been thinking about stepping back from the business for some time now, and spending more time with my family (granddaughter) and friends. As well, finding employees has been an ongoing challenge and internet competition (for practically everything) is making it harder to compete.

We understand that this decision will mostly effect our customers that do water testing and purchase chemicals from us. While difficult, we feel this to be our best option and most cost effective for our business.

Please know, PPD will continue operations by doing New In Ground Swimming Pool Construction, Service Work, and Pool Openings and Closings!
We will be offering pool chemical delivery (free of charge) – if you place a chemical order when scheduling your pool opening this spring.
* This service will only be available to those customers that have us open their pools.
